1. Free consultation and free sketch options.
2. Fixed designs cannot be changed.
3. Products are made as similar as possible to the picture and adjusted to the agreed price.
4. Body measurements can be taken by coming to Ja'mong's address or measuring independently. Ja'mong is not responsible if the customer gives the wrong size.
5. Work is carried out after payment in full or DP.
6. Before the product is sent, we have recorded that the product is in good condition. Fitting must be done at Ja'mong's address. If fitting is not required, the goods will be sent immediately after payment in full.
7. Ja'mong does not provide documentation of the work to avoid additional requests in the middle of the work. Products are made according to the agreed design and price.
8. Ja'mong always strives for quality and punctuality. Orders are processed based on the queue.
9. Items that have been purchased cannot be exchanged/returned. Ja'mong products are authentic handmade, please understand if there are minor deficiencies.
10. Complaints are valid 24 hours after the item is received.

Care

2. Do not force the product or zipper if it has not been connected properly.
3. Store in a dry place.
4. Put the product in the cover when it is not in use.
